Fall Small Group Series
1 Corinthians: Life in Community
September 29 through October 31
Sign up below for a parish-wide five-week small group to read and reflect upon Paul’s first letter to the Corinthian.
Thursday Bible Study
Every Thursday from 10am to 11am we gather in the Byllesby Room to spend time on an in-depth study of the Bible reflecting on it through our own life experiences. We are currently following the study material Reading Between the Lines provided by The Educational Center. All are welcome to join on any Thursday. Small Groups are about going deeper — going deeper in our relationship with God and our relationships with each other. Small Groups meet once a week for a set period, usually 5 to 8 weeks, to tackle a big topic by engaging with pieces of scripture, theology, literature, and art, as well as by drawing on personal experiences. By the end of a Small Group series, folks have grown in their understanding and have forged meaningful relationships with people they might not otherwise get to know. Small Groups are convened twice a year: in the fall and during Lent (late winter).
